The list below includes the sites that we visited in class on April 3, as well as several others we did not have time for. When looking at these sites, consider how each individual is constructing his or her online identity. What personae or roles do they emphsize? What parts of their lives are excluded or obscured on the page? Is it possible to express one's "real" self through such a medium? Consider also what the purpose and audience are for these sites. Who is the author trying to reach and for what purpose?
